These photos represent the scene from Deep Throat where Linda Lovelace goes to the doctor to express her fear that she will never orgasm. The doctor finds out the her clitoris is in her throat, and gives her her very first orgasm. This movie was controversial for many reasons, and faced obscenity charges – it lost. What was so obscene? The idea that a woman’s orgasmic pleasure can come from something other than penile-vaginal penetration sex – that by stimulating the clitoris, we can give women the pleasure they desire, and deserve. I’ve always loved this scene from a political point of view, and I hope that you love the queer remix !!!!!
